You can create templates that consist on sets of tasks that can be added all at once on the conversations. This can be done in a few steps:

  • Step 1 - Create a new template

  • Step 2 - Add the different tasks inside your template

  • Step 3 - Use the template in the Tasks app from within a conversation or a ticket

  • Step 4 - The corresponding tasks will be populated in the Tasks app.
