This application is pretty new and doesn't have a lot of settings (yet!). Feel free to let us know if there are features you would like to see added.
Display Style
You can change the way the tasks are displayed inside Intercom with the Display Style setting.
There are 3 options available:
Merge - The pending and completed tasks will be in the same list.
Split - The pending and completed tasks will be separated into 2 sections.
Disable - The view is also split but the completed tasks cannot be "uncompleted".
